Nestled in the heart of Port Isaac, our beautifully refurbished studio flat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located above The Peapod with its own private entrance, this light-filled and airy space is central to both Port Isaac and Port Gaverne, making it an ideal base for your Cornish getaway.

A Stylish and Cosy Retreat

The studio has recently been refurbished to a high standard, featuring a brand new kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this charming flat will make you feel right at home.

The Space

The studio flat is located above The Peapod and has its own separate entrance to the side of the shop. Access is easy with a key safe; we’ll send you the code so you can let yourself in at your convenience. Alternatively, feel free to pop into The Peapod to be greeted by our friendly staff.

Please note that the flat is up a flight of stairs (no lift access).

Kitchen: Equipped with a 4-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and a coffee machine – perfect for making your morning coffee before heading out to explore the area.

Living Area: Relax in the cosy living room with a sofa, coffee table, and television.

Bedroom: The mezzanine bedroom with a double bed is tucked under a sloped ceiling, but don't worry—there’s plenty of space to get in and out of bed without bumping your head.

Bathroom: A compact bathroom featuring a toilet, sink, and shower.

The flat is light and airy, with Velux windows that offer lovely views of Port Isaac and glimpses of the sea.

Outdoor Courtyard and Cafes

Step outside into the lovely courtyard, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The courtyard also hosts two charming cafés that serve delicious lunches, cream teas, and famous Cornish crab sandwiches – perfect for a leisurely afternoon.

Parking

While there is no parking directly outside the flat, we provide a reserved parking space just up the road at a private car park, available for £10 per night. This makes it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking.

Location, Location, Location

Everything you need in Port Isaac is within walking distance from the flat. The location is central, making it easy to plan your visit. You’ll find Port Isaac Harbour and Port Gaverne just a short 2-minute walk downhill.

Guest Access

The flat is completely self-contained, so you’ll have full access to the entire space, providing you with total privacy throughout your stay.

No Lift: The flat is located up a flight of stairs, so please consider this when booking.
