Standard UK Shipping:
We use Royal Mail or other trusted couriers for UK-wide deliveries. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch. -
Express Shipping:
Available at checkout for an additional charge. Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return unused, unopened items in their original condition within 7 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Perishable goods, personalised items, and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
